Service pricing varies based on project scope, timeline, and complexity, and is confirmed in writing before work begins. Payments must be made according to the terms agreed in your proposal, invoice, or statement of work.

Our services may involve configuring or integrating third-party platforms such as Zoho, Odoo, monday.com, and Microsoft Dynamics. These platforms are owned and operated by their respective providers, and their own terms of service and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

Businesses that apply through our Partnership programme and are accepted as a referral partner, co-delivery partner, or reseller are additionally bound by the specific commercial terms agreed with AiVORA at onboarding. Nothing on the Partnership page constitutes a guaranteed commission, exclusivity, or fixed engagement tier unless confirmed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiVORA Techlabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, our services, or any third-party platform or integration, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a paid engagement is limited to the fees actually paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold AiVORA Techlabs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of this website, breach of these Terms, or violation of any third party's rights in connection with your use of our services.
